Randstad is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to work with many different teams within and outside of our client's Medical Affairs group, to drive the development and review of external facing content while ensuring accuracy and scientific balance. This is a hybrid position, candidates local to the Whippany, New Jersey are preferred. Relocation cost reimbursement is not available for this position

salary: $30 - $31 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

+ Provide high-level administrative support to the leadership team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.

+ Assist in the planning and execution of departmental meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics and materials preparation.

+ Maintain and organize files, documents, and databases.

+ Serve as a liaison between Leadership and other functions, facilitating communication and collaboration.

+ Monitor and track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, providing regular updates to stakeholders.

+ Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.

+ Support the onboarding of new team members and assist with training as needed.

What you should have:

+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field preferred. Master's degree preferred.

+ Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

+ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with project management tools.

+ Knowledge of SharePoint and MS Teams

+ Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
