Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, and subcontractors to deliver exceptional results.
• Maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in managing luxury commercial interior projects. Retail or restaurant experience is also welcome.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Salary Package

• $95,000 to $120,000 Base
• $350 Monthly allowance
• Bonus - Yearly
• 401k - 4%
• Health Cover or $200 stipend
