Key Responsibilities Include:
- Process and record accounts payable transactions, including vendor invoices, expense reports, ensuring accuracy, adherence to company policies and budget tracking related to marketing initiatives.
Prepare and issue accounts receivable invoices, monitor customer payments, and follow up on outstanding balances.
Records NetSuite monthly accounts receivable and revenue.
Reconcile credit card statements, and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and verify financial information as needed.
Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting regulations to ensure compliance.
Provide support on special projects and initiatives as required.
Assist with employee quarterly team events.
Assist onboarding duties.
Provide logistical and administrative support for internal and external meetings and events.
Business Travel arrangements
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- Associate degree or equivalent experience.
- Requires 2+ years of related experience.
- Hybrid working from home and in office.
- Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
- Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel for data entry and analysis.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Professionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
