- Prepare and issue monthly AIA(G702/G703) pay applications to customers
- Manage CCIP (Contractor Control Insurance Program) enrollment
- Responsible for sending out and collecting monthly subcontractor/vendor lien waivers
- In control of new project setup and contract administration
- Evaluate aging reports to ensure payments are up to date and calling general contractors for payment update
- Maintain accurate AR records, as well as file billing documentation
- Assisting with month end processing
- Prepares and maintains various reports requested by management
- Provide external audit support
- High School Diploma required
- 5 years of accounting experience preferred; Construction accounting a plus.
- Trimble Spectrum Software experience a plus.
- Must possess effective communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, set priorities, and see projects through to completion.
- Able to work effectively under deadlines and high pressure.
- Ability to work with and build relationships with a wide variety of people.
