About Our Client
My client is a manufacturing based organization. They are looking for someone to join their team in an accounting/bookkeeping capacity on a part time basis [20 hours weekly]. This role is fully remote and has flexible hours, with ability to be available for morning meetings as needed.
Job Description
- Perform accounts payable and receivable tasks, including invoicing and processing payments.
- Maintain and update financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) for data analysis and financial reporting.
- Manage office correspondence, including handling mail and answering phone calls.
- Provide administrative support as needed to ensure smooth operations.

The Successful Applicant
Education: High school diploma or Associate's degree with strong relevant experience; certifications or equivalent experience in office work are acceptable.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in accounting, or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, as this role supports a remote international team.
