Responsibilities:
• Managing the intake process for new clients efficiently.
• Effectively handling e-filing of legal documents.
• Assisting in civil litigation processes.
• Providing comprehensive support to attorneys in their duties.
• Ensuring accurate and up-to-date calendaring of legal events.
• Coordinating scheduling to ensure smooth operations.
• Demonstrating a proactive approach in supporting the team and managing tasks.• Possession of a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Legal Secretary.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Civil Litigation.
• Strong knowledge of legal terminology, court system, and legal procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with various stakeholders such as clients, attorneys, and court officials.
• Familiarity with legal research tools and platforms.
• Ability to draft and proofread legal documents.
• Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in law or related field is a plus.
