Essential Functions:
- Ability to read, reason, and understand policies and procedures and related information and to follow verbal, written and demonstrated instructions.
- Ability to talk, hear, see, speak and correctly perceive.
- Ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Power Point is essential.
- Ability to concentrate on details when there are distractions and to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
- Ability to relate to the school community through excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times regarding all aspects of the TSC.
- Serve as information resource person, acting as liaison between community and school. Dispense pertinent information and direction to students, parents and staff.

Performance Responsibilities:
- Assist the Athletic Director with order, distributing and processing of a variety of materials.
- Handle correspondence, handout preparation, and copying for the athletic department.
- Perform other related duties as assigned for the purposes of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the school as assigned by the Athletic Director.
Legal and Ethical Duties:
- Demonstrate a respect for the legal and human rights of students.
- Follow health and safety procedures established by the school corporation.
- Arrive and depart punctually, notifying appropriate personnel about absences and coverage.
- Demonstrate loyalty, dependability, integrity, and other ethical standards.
- Follow the chain of command for the various administrative procedures and student or program concerns.
