Per Diem Pharmacist Philadelphia, PA Job at Soliant in Philadelphia

We are looking for an experienced Per Diem Retail Pharmacist to join our team in Philadelphia, PA, on a flexible, short-term basis. This role is ideal for a pharmacist who can quickly step in to support operations while the pharmacy pletes its onboarding process for permanent staff.

Schedule:

• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: 2-3 weeks, with the possibility of extension based on needs
• Shift: Monday - Thursday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM; Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Potential for 2-3 days/week coverage as the pharmacy gets fully established.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality customer service to patients and ensure a smooth operational flow.
• Manage the opening and closing duties of the retail pharmacy.
• Oversee and supervise pharmacy technicians, ensuring adherence to regulations and best practices.
• Efficiently utilize the Rx30 pharmacy management system for dispensing and inventory management.

Qualifications:

• License: Active Pennsylvania pharmacist license in good standing.
• Experience: Proven experience in retail pharmacy settings, including opening and closing responsibilities and supervising pharmacy technicians.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
