Soliant Health is seeking a skilled Pharmacist for a part-timecontractin Philadelphia, PA. This role is ideal for an experienced hospital pharmacist passionate about delivering high-quality patient care in a dynamic healthcare environment.

• Start: ASAP
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: Rotating
  • Part-Time Shifts: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM or 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM

The Pharmacist will:

• Review medication orders from physicians and physician extenders.
• Ensure accurate drug selection, dosing, frequency, and route of administration.
• Monitor for potential clinical conflicts, including allergies, medical history, drug interactions, and lab data.
• Oversee inventory control and ensure the safe preparation of medications by pharmacy students and technicians.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team, providing drug information and contributing to continuity of care and discharge planning.

• Education: PharmD (preferred).
• Experience:
  • 1 year of hospital experience or Advanced Pharmacy Practice Experience (APPE) in a clinical setting (preferred).
• License: Active PA Pharmacist License (required).
• Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) certification (preferred).
