Job Description
We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Part-time Office Assistant in the Legal industry, based in Raleigh, North Carolina, 27609, United States. As an Office Assistant, you will be tasked with handling a variety of administrative tasks, including processing correspondence, managing front desk duties, and coordinating company meetings.
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently manage incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring all correspondence is directed to the appropriate party promptly
• Execute front desk duties, including welcoming visitors, responding to phone calls, and handling inquiries
• Regularly liaise with the CEO, providing assistance and executing assigned tasks
• Coordinate and manage appointments and meetings on the company calendar, ensuring all participants are duly informed
• Attend company meetings, taking comprehensive notes for record-keeping and dissemination, demonstrating excellent organizational skills
• Demonstrated experience in Administrative Assistance is required• Must possess strong Customer Service skills
• Exceptional Organizational capabilities are necessary
• A degree in a relevant field is desirable
• Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures is beneficial
• Proficient in Office Suite and office management software
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
