We are looking for a motivated and organised Office Assistant to join our team and support the efficient operation of our office.

As an Office Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations by providing administrative support to various departments. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and manage incoming calls, directing them to appropriate staff members.
  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring a well-stocked and organised office environment.
  • Support team projects and collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental goals.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and package deliveries.
  • Assist with other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable using office equipment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
