Office Assistant - PhD Office Pitt Business is seeking an Office Assistant for our PhD Office. Responsibilities include: - Serve as the first point of contact for student, faculty, or staff visitors - Responsible for PhD student office space assignment process - Assists with approving space reservations for PhD meeting room - Assist with general office duties A High School Diploma or GED is required for this position and a Bachelors degree is Preferred. Proficiency in Word and Excel required. Experience in Concur is preferred. Previous experience in an office setting is strongly preferred.
