We are looking for a motivated and organised Office Assistant to join our team and support the efficient operation of our office.
As an Office Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations by providing administrative support to various departments. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and manage incoming calls, directing them to appropriate staff members.
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring a well-stocked and organised office environment.
- Support team projects and collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental goals.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and package deliveries.
- Assist with other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable using office equipment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
