We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Office Manager to join our team in Parsippany, New Jersey. As an Office Manager, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and visitors, ensuring a high level of hospitality and customer service. You will also be tasked with managing office supplies, maintaining the office environment, and acting as the main point of contact for general inquiries.
Responsibilities:
• First point of contact for our customers, answering inbound calls and emails promptly and professionally
• Ensuring a high level of customer service is maintained at all times
• Managing office supplies, including ordering new supplies and stocking shelves
• Providing hospitality to visitors, including giving tours of the office
• Ensuring the office environment is clean, organized, and welcoming for all visitors and staff.• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role
• Proficient in answering inbound calls and providing excellent customer service
• Experience in hospitality management is highly desirable
• Ability to efficiently order office supplies as per requirements
• Proven experience in stocking shelves and maintaining inventory
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Office Suite and office management software
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proactive problem-solving skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree in office administration or relevant field is a plus.
