Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM
Pay: $15-$17/hr DOE

Position Overview:
Sedona Staffing is hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Office Assistant for a local business. This role involves a variety of administrative responsibilities, including handling lease-related tasks, updating online content, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, computer proficiency, and a proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Phone Management: Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate staff members.
  • Lease Administration: Coordinate lease renewals, schedule walk-throughs, and ensure timely communication with tenants.
  • Insurance Follow-Up: Notify tenants upon receiving cancellation notices for insurance policies.
  • Tenant Screening: Conduct background checks for prospective tenants.
  • Lease Preparation: Complete lease documentation and send it to new tenants for review and signature.
  • Move-In Packets: Assemble and distribute move-in packets for new tenants.
  • Online Content Updates: Maintain and update the company’s Facebook page and website with current information.
Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong grammar and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in administrative or office roles is preferred.
