Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 20 hours during 8 AM to 5 PM
Pay: $20.00/hr DOE
Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Office Assistant to oversee essential office operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with QuickBooks, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently. This position involves a variety of responsibilities, including answering phones, managing invoices, issuing PO numbers, and running occasional errands.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Phone Management: Answer and direct phone calls professionally, providing excellent customer service.
  • QuickBooks Administration: Enter invoices, issue purchase order (PO) numbers, and ensure financial records are accurately maintained.
  • Errands and Office Supplies: Run errands as needed, such as purchasing office supplies or going to the post office.
  • General Administrative Support: Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software is required.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for errands.
Compensation:

Physical Requirements:
