Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they feel welcomed and informed.
- Manage appointment scheduling for staff and ensure all relevant documents are prepared in advance.
- Maintain an organized and neat front office environment.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
- Assist in the coordination of meetings and conference room bookings.
- Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
- Proven experience as a front office assistant or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
