Labor Solutions, LLC is hiring: Production Manager in New Berlin

Position Overview:
The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the manufacturing processes of our specialty lubricants. This role requires a strong understanding of production workflows, team management, and quality control, with a particular focus on liquid batch manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have experience in the oil and gas industry, with a deep knowledge of lubricant production and batch processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the production facility, ensuring efficient and safe manufacturing processes.
• Manage the production team, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement production plans, ensuring that all targets for quality, cost, and delivery are met.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Monitor and optimize the use of raw materials, labor, and equipment to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
• Troubleshoot production issues, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve processes.
• Work closely with the quality control team to ensure the consistency and quality of all products.
• Maintain accurate records of production data, including batch logs, output reports, and maintenance schedules.
• Collaborate with the R&D and engineering teams to implement new technologies or improvements in production methods.
• Prepare and manage production budgets and cost controls to align with company financial goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in production management, preferably in the oil and gas or specialty lubricants industry.
• Experience with liquid batch manufacturing processes is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of safety regulations, quality control standards, and production optimization techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight production deadlines.
