Job Description
We are in the market for a Customer Service Representative to join our team located in Hanover, Maryland. The primary function of this role is to enhance the customer experience by promptly responding to inquiries, processing applications, and maintaining accurate customer records.
Responsibilities:
• Enhance customer relationships by making outbound calls to existing customers
• Drive business growth by offering promotional codes to customers
• Ensure all customer interactions are accurately tracked and updated in Excel
• Proactively respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions based on their status
• Maintain a high level of service by handling customer complaints professionally.
• Candidate must possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role• Demonstrated ability to handle customer complaints effectively and professionally
• Strong skills in customer service, with a focus on providing excellent customer experiences
• Experience in utilizing customer service software and tools is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Must be flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays if required
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in a related field is preferred.
