A company in The Woodlands is looking for multiple Customer Service Representatives to assist with working weekend and holiday shifts. Must be able to work Saturday's and Sunday's as well as holiday coverage required for Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day. Responsibilities:

• Answering inbound calls from customers promptly and professionally

• Providing exceptional call center customer service to ensure customer satisfaction

• Efficiently entering data related to customer inquiries and accounts

• Corresponding with customers via email to address their concerns and queries

• Handling both inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer issues

• Proficiently using Microsoft Excel and Word to manage customer data

• Processing order entries accurately and promptly

• Scheduling appointments for customers as per their convenience and company availability.

• Proficiency in answering inbound calls, demonstrating effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience in a call center customer service environment, preferably within the waste management industry.
• Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality service and maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all customer information is up-to-date.
• Excellent email correspondence skills, with the ability to respond to customer inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner.
• Experience in handling both inbound and outbound calls, demonstrating versatility and adaptability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create spreadsheets, input data, and generate reports.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, with the ability to create, edit, and format documents as needed.
• Experience in order entry, ensuring all customer orders are processed accurately and promptly.
• Ability to schedule appointments effectively, managing the calendar to ensure optimal time management and productivity.
