As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of front office functions in a high volume auto auction environment.
Responsibilities:
• Welcome walk-in customers and ensure they are attended to promptly
• Handle document review and file management tasks, ensuring accuracy and organization
• Carry out data entry tasks, maintaining precision and speed
• Respond to phone calls, providing excellent customer service
• Process various forms of payments, including Cashiers Check, Money Order, and Credit Cards
• Use Microsoft Excel and Word for various tasks
• Assist with order entry and ensure customers' needs are met
• Answer both inbound and outbound calls, maintaining professionalism at all times
• Engage in email correspondence, providing detailed and accurate responses to customer inquiries.• Demonstrated experience in handling inbound calls with a detail-oriented approach.
• Knowledge and experience in call center customer service is essential.
• Ability to provide high-quality customer service.
• Proficiency in data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy.
• Experience in email correspondence in a corporate setting.
• Demonstrated ability in managing both inbound and outbound calls.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
• Experience with Microsoft Word is necessary.
• Prior experience in order entry is advantageous.
