• Respond to email correspondences promptly and professionally
• Use Microsoft Word for creating and updating documents
• Ensure all customer orders are accurately entered into the system
• Schedule appointments as necessary
• Maintain high-quality customer service at all times
• Proficiency in answering inbound calls, demonstrating excellent phone etiquettes.
• Ability to provide high-quality customer service.
• Competency in data entry with a keen eye for details.

• Skilled in managing both inbound and outbound calls.
