Responsibilities


• Efficiently manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls

• Provide carriers with comprehensive information about supplemental products

• Accurately track all orders received from carriers

• Perform data entry tasks as required

• Utilize basic Excel skills for various administrative tasks

• Respond to email correspondences promptly and professionally

• Use Microsoft Word for creating and updating documents

• Ensure all customer orders are accurately entered into the system

• Schedule appointments as necessary

• Maintain high-quality customer service at all times

• Proficiency in answering inbound calls, demonstrating excellent phone etiquettes.

• Ability to provide high-quality customer service.

• Competency in data entry with a keen eye for details.

• Expertise in email correspondence, ensuring detail oriented and prompt responses.

• Skilled in managing both inbound and outbound calls.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and report generation.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Word for document creation and editing.

• Experience in order entry, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

• Ability to schedule appointments, demonstrating effective time management skills.
