We are recruiting for a Recruiting Assistant role situated in Wilmington, Massachusetts. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. As a Recruiting Assistant, you will be actively involved in the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to initiating background checks. Your main duties will revolve around HR administration and customer service tasks within the staffing industry.
Responsibilities:
• Sourcing potential candidates, pulling together resumes for review
• Conducting pre-screening of candidates
• Scheduling interviews and ensuring proper follow-up with candidates
• Initiating requests for background checks
• Reviewing background checks, ensuring no administrative issues arise
• Submitting tickets for HRIS data entry, IT equipment, and vehicle requests
• Reviewing resumes through LinkedIn and the company's career page portal
• Routing offers for approvals, with offers and compensation determined by the HR department
• Mostly recruiting for sales positions, but also IT jobs, quality jobs, intern positions, etc.
• Conducting phone screens/interviews with potential candidates.• The applicant must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the role of Recruiting Assistant or a similar position.
• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is necessary for this role.
• Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now is required.
• Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is expected.
• Experience with Ceridian is a key requirement.
• The candidate should be well-versed in HRMS.
• Proficiency in the use of 'About Time' software is necessary.
• The candidate should have experience in Auditing.
• The ability to conduct Background Checks is a requirement for this role.
• The applicant should be skilled in Benefit Functions.
• Outstanding Customer Service skills are necessary for this role.
• Experience in Corporate Recruiting is expected.
• The applicant must be proficient in Office Suite.
