Job Description
The Recruiting and Engagement Human Resources Assistant plays a critical role in the success of our team. We are looking for an energetic and detail orientated person to assist with Care Professional on-boarding and recruiting. A person interested in this position must have extraordinary phone skills, competence in all Microsoft Office products, and excellent organizational skills. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys people, multitasking, and working together with a team.

Primary Responsibilities
The following steps have been taken to ensure the health and wellbeing of employees, and clients including PPE, Surveys of Symptoms, Weekly Testing, Universal Precautions Training, Temperature Checks, Mask Wearing, Vaccinations.

Primary Responsibilities
- Assist with Care Professional on-boarding
- Conduct applicant background and reference checks
- Assist in prescreening applicants
- Schedule phone interviews
- Manage and maintain employment files
- Maintain training schedule
- Transfer and process incoming phone calls
- Demonstrate open and effective communication with colleagues, Care Professionals, and Clients
- Be available for oncall duties on various weekends, including Care Professional introductions, meetings with families, and caregiving in an emergency
- High Integrity

- Willing and able to work in South Denver
- Ability to demonstrate effective interpersonal skills
- A sense of urgency
- Sound judgment and good decision-making skills
- Demonstrate integrity and fair-mindedness consistent with office standards, practices, policies and procedures
- Excellent verbal and presentation skills
- Ability to work as a team
- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills
- High school degree or equivalent
- Previous administrative assistant experience preferred
- Complete a criminal background, MVR, drug screen & reference checks
