About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and improving manufacturing processes and systems to increase efficiency and productivity. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that products are manufactured to meet quality standards and customer requirements. Skills:
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will utilize your expertise in CNC programming, manufacturing process, and machining to design and develop manufacturing processes and systems. You will also use your knowledge of statistical process control to identify and implement process improvements. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are essential to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues. Additionally, experience with plan layouts, injection molding, and CNC machines is required. Experience with new product introduction and in the Non-Durable Goods Manufacturing industry is preferred.

- 3+ years of experience in CNC programming, manufacturing process, and machining
- Experience with plan layouts, injection molding, and CNC machines
- Knowledge of statistical process control
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with new product introduction
- Experience in the Non-Durable Goods Manufacturing industry
- Master's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field
- Design and develop manufacturing processes and systems to improve efficiency and productivity
- Create and maintain process documentation, including work instructions and standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that products are manufactured to meet quality standards and customer requirements
- Identify and implement process improvements to reduce waste, increase throughput, and improve quality
- Provide technical support to production teams to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues
