Job Summary: We are seeking dedicated and skilled Endoscopy Registered Nurses to join the healthcare team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing endoscopic procedures, demonstrating expertise in endoscopy practices and ensuring a safe, supportive, and healing environment. The position involves daytime shifts, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct nursing care to patients undergoing endoscopic procedures in accordance with established protocols and best practices.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures while monitoring patient responses.
• Assist physicians during endoscopic procedures and ensure patient safety throughout.
• Educate patients and their families on pre- and post-procedure care, medications, and follow-up needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
• Adhere to all healthcare system policies, procedures, and compliance regulations.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in Montana or compact state eligibility.
• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in endoscopy or critical care nursing preferred.
• Current BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Strong critical thinking, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
