Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor
Reports To: Housekeeping Manager / Director of Facilities
Position Description: Responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the facilities, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. You will oversee a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring that they are trained, motivated, and equipped to provide exceptional service to our members and guests. The position is full-time, with an hourly range between $18.00 - $20.00 depending on experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure that they are clean, organized, and well-maintained
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring that they are well-stocked and in good working order
- Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and front desk, to ensure that member and guest needs are met
- Use your problem-solving skills to address issues that may arise in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to support our efforts to maintain the facilities
- Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation regulations and protocol
- Inspect the housekeeping staff periodically and checks the quality of their work
- Respond to requests, concerns and problems to ensure member satisfaction
- Assign team to tasks in the golf pro shop, tennis pro shop, fitness center, restrooms, and seasonal spaces
