DigiStream Investigations, a fast-growing, national private investigation firm, seeks a talented Regional Recruiter to oversee the front-end recruitment process for our California Affiliates.
Job Summary:
The Regional Recruiter is responsible for the entire front-to-end recruitment process for DigiStream's California Affiliate regions in the Central Valley, Bay Area, and San Diego. This includes taking an initial job brief, advertising across various mediums, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and ensuring a smooth application and onboarding experience for all new hires. The Regional Recruiter must act as a strategic partner with the company's local management (Hiring Managers) to ensure top talent is sourced, selected, and properly oriented. The Regional Recruiter will report directly to the Senior Partner after training has been completed.
Responsibilities:
- Learn and fully utilize the ADP Applicant Tracking System (ATS) in the Human Resources System (HRIS)
- Actively search for qualified candidates for all positions through the ATS
- Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop positional recruitment strategies
- Interview candidates by phone and schedule in person interviews with the Hiring Managers in the Sacramento, Oakland, Fresno, and San Diego offices
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers, as needed
- Develop and maintain relationships with resources that bring qualified candidates, including, recruiting agencies, local industry associations, community colleges, diverse resources, etc.
- Become familiar with the organization's policies, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices
- Perform professional reference checks on candidates
- Attend hiring events to increase awareness of the organization and increase the candidate pool
- Work as the liaison between the candidates and the Affiliate office Hiring Managers through the front-end of the recruiting process for all requisitions
- Occasional travel to our Affiliate offices in Sacramento, Oakland, Fresno, and San Diego

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
- Demonstrated effective communication skills
- Knowledge of recruitment and DigiStream policies, procedures, and system
- Ability to multi-task and manage several projects simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high sense of urgency
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong ability to work independently and make sound judgments within strict guidelines
- Proficient in MS Office applications, internet browsers, excel and database management
