Accounting Manager *Construction industry experience required Responsibilities Provide coaching, guidance, and mentorship to the accounting department. Handle customer and vendor inquiries and address employee questions. Supervise accounts receivable functions, including the preparation of AIA invoices, collections, deposits, and lien reviews. Oversee vendor payments through checks, credit cards, and electronic funds transfers. Review contract documents for compliance, billing, and revenue. Conduct revenue and expense analysis on projects and assist project managers. Review accounting reports for errors and ensure necessary corrections are made. Maintain accurate data records for audits. Essential Skills 3+ years of accounting experience in the construction industry. 1 year of management/leadership experience. Management or leadership skills with the ability to train, coach, lead, and motivate other accounting staff.
