There are many reasons to build your career at Carter's. HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT: We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Production Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between design and execution, ensuring that creative concepts are flawlessly prepared for production across various media. This role demands a combination of technical precision, design skills, and the ability to handle tight deadlines. This role typically reports to the Production Director, is based in our Buckhead office, and is on-site 4 days a week. 75%: Manage Enterprise Packaging Production Responsible for product packaging production for all brands and channels Collaborate and support development and innovative packaging solutions tailored to new brands, emerging technologies, diverse consumer segments, product lines, and international markets Review product development calendar; create & distribute calendar for Creative teams with key packaging dates Route packaging through internal approval process Release packaging production ready files according to deadlines with focus on priorities Collaborate with designers, art directors, and marketing teams to finalize designs for production Prepare and optimize artwork files for print, digital, and other production channels Review and proof designs for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with brand guidelines Make revisions and adjustments to artwork as required, including resizing, formatting, or correcting colors Manage pre-press processes, including color separations, print specifications, and liaising with vendors Ensure all deliverables meet production standards and are submitted within deadlines 15%: Retail Production Support Provide production support to in-store retail operations and creative retail teams, including file releases and other production-related tasks as required. Support the creative team by troubleshooting production challenges and providing technical expertise. 10%: Retouching Production Support Assist the Director of Production by providing production support to the retouching team and cross-functional partners, including managing special print and procurement projects. Maintain and organize digital asset libraries and production files. WE’D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF: Must have: 2+ years in a graphic production role Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) and other design tools. Strong understanding of production processes, including print and digital media Keen eye for detail, with a focus on accuracy and consistency Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
