We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general office duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Manage and organize office files, records, and documents.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Assist with office supplies management and inventory.
  • Maintain and update office systems and databases.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications as needed.
  • Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.
  • Provide support for departmental events or meetings.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
