Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate calendars for executives or team members.
- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports.
- Assist in the preparation of meetings, including taking minutes and tracking action items.
- Handle office supply inventory, ordering materials as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Provide general office support, including greeting clients and visitors, maintaining a clean and professional environment.
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or relevant certification preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
