We are offering a contract for a proficient Bookkeeper to join our team based in Corte Madera, California. The selected candidate will be part of the real estate industry and will work in an office-based environment.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately process and manage accounts payable and receivable
• Execute account reconciliation and bank reconciliations diligently
• Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy at all times
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial statements to banks
• Manage data entry tasks and maintain records in QuickBooks
• Handle month-end close procedures in a timely manner
• Assist with payroll tasks as required
• Provide assistance with computer-related tasks, primarily email correspondence
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues in an effective and timely manner
• Play a key role in the invoicing process, ensuring all invoices are accurate and sent out on time.• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required.
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is necessary.
• Must have knowledge in handling Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Capability of performing Bank Reconciliations is mandatory.
• Comprehensive understanding of Bookkeeping is essential.
• Proficient in Data Entry tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
• Experience in Month End Close activities is necessary.
• Must have knowledge in managing Payroll.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks software is a must.
