This position will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. The admin scope includes communicating via phone and email ensuring that all administrative duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms.
- General clerical duties include photocopying, faxing, scanning, and mailing.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Develop and/or maintain a filing system.
- Handle requests for information and data
- Order office supplies.
- Make travel and hotel arrangements.
- Provide general support to visitors.
- Assist management with the coordination of various new hire tasks (to include: pre-employment drug testing, new hire paperwork)
- Performs other duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
Highly trustworthy.
Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma, or general education degree (GED). Proven admin or assistant experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to effectively communicate in English, read, and understands regulatory requirements. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
REPONSIBILITIES
Carries out responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of instructions in mathematical form.
