About this opportunity:

Join our team at Ericsson as an SVP Global Distribution Partners, where your role will be instrumental in securing short-term and long-term business for the company. In this role, you will be responsible for proactive business development and effective management of Ericsson resources, driven by a comprehensive understanding of our customer's business, operations, and objectives.

The Senior Vice President, Global Distribution Partners, is responsible for leading Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions partner growth, strategy, and execution globally. This role is instrumental in driving both sales acceleration via the partner ecosystem including recruit, enable, and growth strategies. Build, develop, and maintain a partner sales leadership team. Working closely with the sales team and partners, as well as engaging the broader internal partner and sales ops. Our ability to recruit, enable and grow our partner routes to Market are key to driving Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions growth.

What Will You Do?

Develop and execute on our global Partner Sales strategy Recruit, develop, and retain top talent – build and maintain a top-notch leadership team of senior leaders Leverage existing relationships to help partners accelerate their wireless WAN practice and drive incremental revenue Provide effective management and motivation of global partner sales team to ensure the achievement of aggressive growth plan Cultivate executive relationships with partners Collaborate with partner marketing to deliver necessary positioning, collateral and campaigns Work with Technology Alliance team to accelerate partner opportunities Manage and monitor defined revenue and volume objectives for each partner Collaborate with regional leaders, engineering, finance, legal, marketing, sales and operations Attend and represent Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions at industry events Minimum Qualifications:

Extensive global enterprise business, technology and partner sales experience Deep understanding and relationships with global, regional and vertical enterprise partners and technology ecosystem Proven experience leading Partner sales teams- including remote management & leadership Understand complex organizational structures and dynamics, including multiple-level selling Relationships with Distributors and experience with Two-tier sales and marketing Able to forge strong relationships internally and with partners Strong negotiator Understand requirements to build successful relationships with partners, including strategy, financial models, onboarding, training, marketing and enablement Strong verbal and written communication Fifteen (15+) years experience working with global enterprise partners and two-tier global distribution Ten (10+) years sales and/or channel sales management experience- managing partner programs, joint marketing funds, marketing funds, discount programs, etc. A proven history of measurable channel/partner achievements – quotas and pipeline goals exceeded Bachelor’s Degree Preferred Qualifications:

Your Pay

The salary range for this position is listed below. The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.

$172,000 - $258,000 Your Health

Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions offers excellent, competitive employee benefits, such as: subsidized, nationwide PPO medical benefit options including a low-deductible Point of Service Plan and a qualifying High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP), with a generous company-provided HSA contribution. For California employees, we offer a subsidized HMO option through Kaiser. Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions also offers subsidized dental and vision coverage.

Your Time

Your work-life balance is important to us. New employees are provided up to 40 days of paid time off per year, including 15 days of accrued annual vacation, 3 personal days, 7 paid holidays, 4 floating holidays, 10 sick days, and 1 volunteer day. Please note paid time off is pro-rated based on the employee’s start date.
