About the Role:

Anthropic is looking for a talented and strategic Senior Marketing Recruiter to partner with our marketing leadership team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our organization by identifying, engaging, and hiring exceptional marketing talent across all disciplines and levels. As we continue to grow our marketing function, we need a passionate recruiter who can serve as a strategic talent advisor while building a world-class marketing team dedicated to communicating Anthropic's mission of creating safe and beneficial AI systems. Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic recruiting plans to identify and hire highly qualified candidates across all marketing disciplines (brand, product marketing, growth, demand generation, etc.) spanning both B2B and consumer marketing initiatives Partner closely with senior marketing leadership to understand hiring needs, team matching, and required skills and qualifications Provide strategic talent insights and market intelligence to inform hiring strategies and organizational design Build and maintain relationships with passive candidates and create engagement strategies for future hiring needs Enhance and implement recruiting processes while maintaining an inclusive and high talent bar, including developing targeted outreach campaigns and removing unfair biases from the hiring process Drive improvements to candidate experience and employment brand to showcase our mission, culture, and values Stay current on marketing talent trends, emerging roles, and competitive landscapes to provide strategic counsel to hiring managers Lead complex, senior-level searches end-to-end, including senior marketing roles You may be a good fit if you:

Have 10+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience, with significant focus on marketing roles and leadership hiring Have a proven track record of successfully closing various level marketing talent Demonstrate deep understanding of various marketing disciplines across both B2B and consumer marketing, including how different marketing functions contribute to organizational success Have experience recruiting for diverse marketing roles ranging from technical B2B product marketing to consumer brand and growth marketing Excel at building relationships with passive candidates and maintaining long-term talent networks Have experience partnering with senior leadership and serving as a strategic talent advisor Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and enjoy juggling multiple priorities Have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, as well as a proactive mindset and ability to operate with autonomy Have experience scaling and building diverse and high-performing teams in a fast-growth environment Are passionate about AI's potential to positively impact the world and can effectively communicate this mission to candidates Strong candidates may also:

Have experience recruiting for AI/ML companies or other cutting-edge technology organizations Possess knowledge of marketing compensation structures and trends Bring experience building recruitment marketing campaigns and employer branding initiatives Demonstrate a track record of implementing innovative sourcing strategies and recruiting programs Show experience with recruiting analytics and data-driven decision making Deadline to apply:
