Job Summary We are seeking a strategic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team. The CFO will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy of our organization, ensuring financial health, and providing leadership to the finance department. This position requires a deep understanding of corporate finance, tax accounting, and cost accounting, along with strong leadership skills to guide our financial operations and support our business objectives. Responsibilities Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives. Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Manage tax accounting functions to ensure compliance with regulations and optimize tax liabilities. Lead cost accounting initiatives to analyze costs and improve profitability. Supervise treasury management activities to maintain liquidity and manage cash flow effectively. Direct revenue management processes to maximize income streams and enhance financial performance. Collaborate with other executives to provide insights on financial performance and strategic planning. Ensure accurate financial reporting in accordance with public accounting standards and regulations. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the finance team through effective leadership and mentorship. Experience Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial management role within a corporate environment. Strong knowledge of corporate finance principles, tax accounting, cost accounting, treasury management, and revenue management. Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience in supervising finance teams. Familiarity with public accounting practices is highly desirable. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights. Strong communication skills to effectively present financial information to stakeholders at all levels.
