JOB OVERVIEW
The Corporate Receptionist is the first point of contact for our clients and employees. They will provide a welcoming environment and exceptional customer service. They play a crucial role in facilitating smooth day-to-day operations. They will greet visitors, handle inquiries, and provide information about the company to clients and customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Job Functions:
- Welcome office guests and direct them to the person or office they are visiting
- Answer and make phone calls on behalf of office employees
- Handle office correspondence
- Maintain office supplies
- Maintain the reception area
- Maintain the kitchen area
- Schedule meetings
- Perform various other clerical tasks, including scanning, copying, and filing
- Provide support to the team when needed
- Perform other duties and assignments as needed or directed
Job Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Professional demeanor
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Excellent time-management skills
- Works well with others and can multitask
- Great attention to detail
- Familiarity with basic office software
- Ability to operate scanners, copiers and printers
- Preferred experience in an office environment and basic bookkeeping skills
