Executive Administrative Assistant
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative support. This role requires a candidate with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
+ Supervise general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
+ Review and approve invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents.
+ Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
+ Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board, and other meetings.
+ Make arrangements for travel, planning meetings, and other events.
Essential Skills
+ Minimum of 8 years of experience in executive administrative support.
+ Proficiency in managing calendars and scheduling for executives.
+ Experience with handling and reporting expenses.
+ Ability to plan and coordinate events.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
+ Experience working with high-level stakeholders and executives.
+ Capability to work independently and take initiative in ambiguous environments.
+ Detail-oriented with the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
+ Experience in a large, fast-paced technology-driven organization is preferred.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00
