Highly rated business and fiduciary services law firm based in Florida is seeking a highly motivated, experienced, capable and committed commercial litigation attorney to join their team. Successful candidates will have a minimum of 3 years' experience representing individuals and businesses in fiduciary and business litigation matters in state and federal courts as well as experience handling evidentiary hearings, trials and other matters involving trusts, estates, business entities, and similar matters.

This role requires excellent organizational skills, responsiveness to clients, and a commitment to ethical billing practices. The position is full time and on site at the firms Orlando, FL office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle own caseload of commercial litigation matters.
  • Provide timely and responsive communication to clients via phone and email.
  • Report case progress to clients regularly and in a timely manner.
  • Accurately, timely, and ethically record all billable hours.
  • Contribute to the improvement of the firm and work environment.
  • Confidently use case management systems and effectively utilize available technology. Familiarity with Caret/ZolaSuite is a plus.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial litigation, experience in probate and trust litigation is a plus.
  • Active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar.
  • Highly self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong client communication skills and responsiveness.
  • Commitment to ethical billing practices.
  • Technologically confident and comfortable using case management systems.
