Position Overview
As the Restaurant General Manager, you will be the driving force behind all aspects of the club’s food and beverage operations. Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Operations:
- Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring seamless service and operational efficiency.

- Member Engagement & Communication:

Qualifications
- Experience: Proven success in a General Manager or similar leadership role, ideally in a full-service upscale casual restaurant or private club setting.
- People Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; a natural relationship builder.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: A creative thinker who can identify opportunities, implement improvements, and drive results.
- HR Strength: Solid knowledge of HR best practices, including recruitment, training, and employee development.
