Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure seamless office operations by providing top-notch administrative support.
- Answer and direct phone calls, manage schedules, and greet visitors with professionalism.
- Handle essential tasks such as filing, typing, copying, and scanning to keep the office running smoothly.
- Maintain clear and courteous communication via phone, email, and mail.
- Support team members by managing organizational tasks and facilitating effective communication.
- Respond to inquiries with accuracy and a friendly demeanor.
- Take on additional tasks to contribute to the team's overall success.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a polished, professional attitude.
- Resourceful problem-solving skills and the ability to handle information effectively.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous administrative experience is a bonus but not required.
Position Details:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Starting Pay: $23-30 per hour
