Job Summary: Are you a dedicated DHH Teacher? We're hiring in Rayville, LA! Join us in helping students with learning disabilities and other special needs achieve their full potential.

Description:

• DHH TEACHER
• Open to VOCO
• ASAP START - EOSY
• 4 hours/day or full time.
• 1 student. 11 years old. Autistic. Not fluent in ASL but working on it.
• DHH Teacher needs to know ASL and be okay with teaching that as well
• Prob at a 2nd or 3rd grade reading/writing level
• Could be some homebound services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach a variety of subjects using strategies like phonics, repetition, and multisensory learning.
• Work with parents and school teams to track and support student progress.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date records for compliance with regulations.
• Administer assessments for student evaluations and progress monitoring.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field.
• Valid state DHH credential.
• Experience in schools is preferred but not required.
