Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Refrigeration Service Manager to lead our HVAC/Refrigeration service department. This role involves overseeing a team of skilled technicians, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ground floor opportunity to grow, lead and manage a team of HVAC/Refrigeration technicians, providing guidance and support in their daily operations.
• Ensure that all staff members are trained in the latest refrigeration technologies and best practices.
• Promote effective communication between field technicians and office staff to enhance operational efficiency.
• Oversee the scheduling of maintenance and repair services, ensuring timely completion of work orders.
• Develop strategies to improve service delivery, increase profitability, and maximize customer retention through service agreements.
• Collaborate with upper management to analyze performance metrics and implement improvements where necessary.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to HVAC/Refrigeration services promptly.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Refrigeration Service Manager
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC with emphasis on refrigeration systems and equipment.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on market trends.
