Job Description
Summary:
Assist with general administrative duties and provide additional support to the Quality department. Must be able to read and understand English words and numbers Fluently. Spanish speaking is a plus. Must be able to read and write English fluently. Must have reliable transportation.
Duties:
● Filing paperwork
● Complete SQF documents (Pre-ops, Chemical register, etc)
● Making Labels
● Print copies for Records
● Assist the quality and production team with making labels
● Keep log of production supplies, uniforms, office supplies
● Must be able to read English well
Education, Skills & Experience:
● HS Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Detail-oriented
● Team player
● Motivated to succeed in role
● Be able to sit for a long time
● Is not sensitive to strong smell of spices
● Past office experience is preferred
- Spanish is beneficial, not required
Job Types: Full-time, Temp-to-hire
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday 6:30am to 3pm
- Morning shift
