Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy that aligns with Omega Medical Billing's mission and vision. Drive growth by identifying new opportunities, expanding service lines, and building strong client relationships. Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and integrity within the company. Operational Excellence:
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance billing and revenue cycle processes. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, client expectations, and company standards. Champion technology adoption to improve efficiencies, streamline processes, and maintain Omega’s competitive edge. Client Relations:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. Act as a representative of Omega Medical Billing at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to promote the company’s services. Address any escalated client concerns, working with the operations team to ensure timely and effective resolution. Team Leadership and Development:
Build, inspire, and lead an experienced and motivated executive team. Develop a succession plan and mentor emerging leaders within the organization. Promote a collaborative, results-oriented culture that supports both professional growth and accountability. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, finance, or related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred. Experience: Minimum 10 years of senior executive experience in healthcare billing, revenue cycle management, or a related field.
