Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Training Coordinator & Leader for day shift. The primary responsibility of this role will be to create and administer a comprehensive training qualification program with a team of 2 other individuals. They will focus on personnel training, testing, and evaluating for sustainment to ensure compliance with industry standards and all internal SOP's.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Create and administer a comprehensive training program with 2 other individual. They will focus on personnel training, testing, and evaluating for sustainment to ensure compliance with industry standards and all internal SOP's.
- Foster a workplace culture where safety is prioritized, encouraging employee engagement in safety practices and continuous improvement in safety standards
- Design and conduct training programs to improve skills and organizational performance
- Assess training effectiveness by gathering feedback, monitoring employee performance, and adjusting strategies
- Develop, organize, and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and course materials
- Create training materials, SOP's, key points, visual aids, and forms.
- Maintain accurate records of training, evaluations
- Ensure that all personnel meet the necessary qualifications to perform their roles effectively
- Assess candidates' competencies through rigorous testing methods, providing constructive feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time
- 2+ years of proven work experience as a training coordinator, planning, and facilitator
- Hands-on experience coordinating multiple training events in a corporate role
- Knowledge of learning management systems and tools
- Ability to complete full cycle training (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, train, monitor and sustain)
- Actively practice and promote safety in all aspects of the job
- Maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner that promotes respect and teamwork between coworkers, customers, vendors, and management
- Follow ATI policy and procedures
- Flexible to work off shift hours to train employees as needed
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience:
2+ Years Planning and Training Experience
Additional Requirements:
- Strong reading comprehension, communication, and organizational skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Proficient in MS office
- Must display Leadership, Facilitating, and Teamwork Skills
- Willingness and ability to train others
- Willingness to work overtime or flexible hours when required
