Position Overview

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant with proven experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Experience with Sage Intacct and ServiceTitan software is highly preferred. This role is vital in ensuring accurate financial transactions and maintaining up-to-date records.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts Payable
  • Process vendor invoices and ensure accuracy before payment.
  • Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Maintain organized records for all payables and ensure compliance with company policies.
Accounts Receivable
  • Generate and issue invoices to clients using accounting software.
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding balances to ensure timely collections.
  • Maintain and reconcile accounts receivable reports, including aging summaries.
General Accounting Support
  • Utilize Sage Intacct and ServiceTitan to manage financial data and transactions.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and statements for management review.
  • Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to address financial inquiries and discrepancies.

QualificationsRequired Skills and Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
  • Familiarity with Sage Intacct and ServiceTitan (highly preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office Suite applications.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Associate degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in the healthcare or home services industry.
  • Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
