We are offering a temp to hire opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in Little Rock, Arkansas. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be instrumental in assisting higher management, coordinating community events and managing the front office.


Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive support to CEO and COO, including managing their calendars.

• Prepare for routine board meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are available.

• Oversee and manage social media marketing initiatives.

• Coordinate multiple community events, ensuring smooth execution.

• Utilize creative writing skills to enhance marketing efforts.

• Maintain an organized system to ensure efficient operations.

• Proficient in calendar management, including scheduling and rescheduling meetings, appointments, and events
• Ability to coordinate meetings effectively, ensuring all necessary participants are involved and informed
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple tasks and projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with team members and external partners
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and other administrative software
• Experience in preparing reports and maintaining appropriate filing systems
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced and high volume environment
• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in other secretarial position
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
