Job Description
We are in search of an Office Manager to join our team in Little Rock, Arkansas. In this role, you will be overseeing all administrative, HR, and some accounting duties for a small medical practice. You will need to be adaptable and ready to learn new systems, as you will be integral in the transition to new software systems starting in 2025!
Responsibilities
• Oversee all administrative functions of the office, ensuring smooth operations
• Support the HR functions, including employee relations and hiring processes
• Manage some light accounting duties, including accounts payable, and daily reports to the corporate accounting team
• Support the transition to new systems following a recent acquisition, learning from the IT team and setting up processes and procedures
• Process payroll for 10-15 employees using Paylocity
• Maintain accurate records, including customer data and payments
• Be ready to step into other roles as needed, such as backing up the receptionist
• Ensure office supplies are maintained and ordered as necessary
• Handle cash and bank deposits as part of daily operations
• Utilize basic Excel skills for spreadsheets and formulas
• Oversee timekeeping system for the office.
• 3+ years of experience in Office Management, Executive Assistant, or similar role
• Medical industry experience highly desired
• Familiarity with basic accounting and HR principals
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to learn systems quickly and effectively
